| The German Law and Economics Association invites paper submissions for the 15th Annual Conference of the German Law and Economics Association (8th French-German Talks in L & E) to take place July 21-22, 2017, at the Philipps-University Marburg. The local organizer is Tim Friehe (Public Economics Group). The keynote lecture will be delivered by Prof. Dr. Urs Schweizer, University of Bonn, on "Accident Models: Reduce to the Max but not Beyond". We welcome submissions of full papers or paper drafts on any topic regarding Law & Economics. Submission of extended abstracts is acceptable, but priority will be given to complete paper drafts. We encourage submissions by young researchers at the PhD level to present and discuss their work with more experienced Law-and-Economics scholars. The conference language is English.
